Draenei in World of Warcraft PVP... Draenei are a race introduced with The Burning Crusade expansion on the alliance side. As with the Blood Elves, Blizzard put into this race some abilities that are very good in pvp.

The first thing a player should choose Draenei to play is that it is the only race that allows playing the Shaman class on the alliance side, which is very good in PVP. So if you want to go for a Shaman, this race is the only option on the alliance side.

Now on to the racial traits:

1. Gift of Naaru

Heals the target for 50 + 15/Level over 15 sec, 40 yards range, 1.5 sec cast, 3 min cooldown.

This trait is great overall and very good in PVP. It is useful for classes that have no healing capability whatsoever (Warriors, Hunters, Mages, etc) but it can be also useful for healers too, in order to complete their healing arsenal. Imagine a warrior that can heal itself, that is a really true advantage over other races. Indeed, some races like humans or orcs have specific weapons affinity, but I think healing is more important in PVP than those. I would definetly go for a Draenei if i would be to play as a warrior on the alliance. For casters class like mages, there are better choices than the Draenei.

2. Inspiring Presence (Mages/Priests/Shamans)

Increases the chance to hit with spells by 1% for you and all your party members within 30 yards.

This is a great ability in PVP too, the "to hit" factor being very important overall.

3. Heoric Presence (Hunters/Paladins/Warriors)

Increases the chance to hit by 1% for you and all your party members within 30 yards.

Like the one above, but for other types of damage, it is a very useful ability.

4. Shadow Resistance

Shadow resistance increased by 10.

This is again a very very useful trait in PVP, as except elemental damage, the shadow damage is one of the most dangerous types of damage in PVP, comming from Warlocks and Shadow Priests.
